Good experience. I have two insurances from Howden: Household plus car. Car was very reasonable due to existing insurance policy with Howden.
Only issue I find annoying, if you phone the number, they don't pick up if busy (which his fine). You expect them to phone back later but there internal process should notify you have phoned. Several times, this has failed. Otherwise, people are professional.
