He had great communication skills and delivered what he promised and kept us updated. It is so refreshing to deal with a real person face to face rather than phoning a call centre and being trapped in a loop with an AI bot. After 46 minutes of frustration you might eventually get to speak to a human – only to find they’re working from a script and can’t actually answer your questions that was with my last insurance provider.
That’s why Carl at Heldons Insurance on Stratford Road, Shirley, is such a breath of fresh air. I can’t speak highly enough of him. Carl is incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He listens, understands what you need, and gives clear, honest advice without any hassle.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and Carl truly stands out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my insurance. Highly recommended!
