As a foreign military member posted to England for 4 years, I went with Howden Insurnace on the recommendation of a co-worker. Not only did they offer the most competitive price for our imported Bronco Sport but when we had an unfortunate accident with it, the Howden team really stepped up and provided an outstanding level of service. Ryan Seeley went above and beyond acting as a liaison between my family and the larger Insurance company chasing down any info we needed and prompting the Insurance company to act. I 100% recommend Howden, and Ryan, to everyone.

These have been great for me when getting a quote/taking out a new policy on my modified/imported car. It isn't usually easy to get quotes, as you have to speak to specialist insurers such as these.
Of the 5 or 6 I spoke to, Howden were the cheapest, and the least picky when it came to modifications and the restrictions placed on my policy. They also have half the compulsory excess when compared to other similar insurers.
Jack at the Birmingham office was particularly helpful, and very friendly/professional. It's rare that someone takes as much care as he did in finding me the right insurance 👍
Would recommend, and I'll very likely be renewing next year too based on the service provided.

The best thing was not being pressured as we were looking for a potential product - none of that nasty Hard Sell vibe, just plenty of good advice and tips to get the best insurance for our needs. I recommend giving Howdens a call to chat about what you are looking for.
