excellent customer service. After a car ran into me, Howden covered everything, I had nothing to do. Repairs carried out faultlessly, the car was collected and returned by the repair company, all arranged by Howden.

My only negative response was that it was assumed I would use my phone and wanted me to download an app and initially I didn't seem to have a choice the positive was that after a telephone call I was able to have my documents downloaded onto my lap top which is the way I've done in the past and prefer

Easy to deal with when my car insurance is due. I do know that you have to pay a little extra as they are agents but I do get the benefit of knowing what l am getting. Been dealing with them for a few years so I trust them and besides I can talk to them about the pros and cons
