Very through and patient review of our home insurance needs by Jasmine S at Loughborough branch - over the phone (3 calls) and via email.
Prices are up across the insurance market but Jasmine switched our cover to a different insurer which was competitive and overall better than a quote from another broker.

Massively helped with my quote for car. My old insurer cashed in on me when premiums were high at £4500. One call to a lovely lady called Lisa Fisher got me a quote for 1.1k! The service I received was unrivalled.

Really friendly, non-pushy service. My advisor, Ibrahim, talked me through all of the options. After being turned away from a previous company i had been with for many years due to modifications on my camper van, this was a really refreshing and welcome conversation.
