Dealt with Amina Akhtar out of the Howdens Shirley branch over the last couple of days when buying Any Driver Business Van Policy for work.
Found Amina friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and they took the stress away of purchasing such a policy during a period of high pressure internally within my business which was sincerely appreciated.

The telephone conversation to arrange insurance was fine, although information for an agreed value arrangement was a little vague.
Emails followed enquiring about the agreed value, weren't replied to. Ended up ringing again, another email was provided but so far no reply to this request for information. Still not resolved, if not sorted soon, will be cancelling.
Update, all resolved, agreed value all set up. Just took a little longer than I thought it would.
