I felt that as a customer I was being well looked after by knowledgable and helpful staff who as brokers were clearly acting in my interest.
In contrast, my previous old insurer just hiked the costs without explanation. When I confirmed I was leaving them they offered a discount to my policy which in my opinion just made the situation worse!
