After I was advised that if I brought my landlords insurance policies to Howdens they would pay back any cancellation fees this incurred. After a long period, and many phone call with no help. I one day got passed to Tom Ivory from Shirley branch of Howden. He has sorted all this out for me with a very quick and professional attitude. Replying with always a quick response and keeping me updated. I would still recommend Howden but maybe ask for Tom !...
