I recently took out a commercial van insurance policy with Shuber Muhith.
He was very helpful and called me back when he said he would.

Had forgotten to renew home and contents insurance and was in a bit of a panic, Mike at the Parkstone branch sorted everything and made me feel less stressed, he was calm and in control of everything. he phoned later with an acceptable quote which i was happy to accept. Any company is seen/assessed through the touch points with their customers and a chap called Jake (B) made it all so very easy. Only reason not top score was that I missed being told there was a fee of around £50 for the advice given. I had always assumed insurance brokers received payment from the insurance company they placed business with.

No complaints about the young lady I dealt with but the amount I paid was astronomical I could not afford to pay the extra for contents cover I know I had a claim 2 years ago but it seems that I will have to pay for it even though it was a shoddy job & I had to pay to get people in to put it right I’m a pensioner & can not afford to pay this amount
