We have been with this same company (formelle A Plan ) and always been extremely happy with the service. We have recommended to nany friends who have also found the service exceptionnel. I think my big critism this time is the big jump in renewal price. A Plan always kept this to a minimum...not so happy...after such loyalty.

I bought car insurance through Howden. Whilst I appreciate that a broker needs much information to complete the transaction I found the process quite trying. ( Perhaps it was a bad time from my point of view as I was/am convalescing following a knee replacement). Any thing that can be done to shorten the process I would find beneficial.

I have maximum no claims, yet my quote doubled?! I know this problem is industry wide, but it’s a rip off. Apart from that, I’m happy with Hayden’s insurance, an option for text/chat/messenger would be welcome to renew/discuss insurance, for people with hearing difficulties.

Phone was answered promptly and I actually spoke to somebody straight away . No press this button then press that button etc. He understood my needs and went through the policy carefully with me and even said in a friendly way how I reminded him of his dad! I think his name was Neil and he was a pleasure to deal with .
