As I have been with Howden's in Alton for many years for our Home Insurance, I'm very used to receiving very good service.
This year was no exception, I had to make a few amendments to our Home Contents Insurance and Hanna the lady I dealt with was very understanding in dealing with this.
Hanna was very courteous and friendly, listened and made note of my amendments and advised she would get back to me that same day via email.
As promised she did exactly that along with all the amended documents.
There was one little oversight I needed clarifying which I requested by return of email, this again was dealt with no fuss or bother.
Nothing is too much trouble for them in making sure that I am happy with what I am being provided with.
All in all, a pleasing and pleasant liaising of customer and client relationship which always meets my needs and leads me to always stay with Howden's for my Home Insurance year after year.

The agent that I spoke to was very helpful on both visits. He approached my enquiry with full professionalism and was able to save me money. I was fed up with my online renewal which increased this year due to the person On the end of the phone just putting me in a work class that was not right.
