I spoken with 3 different advisors at different stages who could not do enough to provide accurate and speedy information. They were all a pleasure to deal with.

I haven't used Howdens before but what a refreshing experience it has been. I had the help of Nicole when I visited the Solihull branch to go over my policy to make sure I was properly covered. Nicole spent time and attention to my needs and followed up with an action to speak to the insurance company for clarification. By the time I got home it was waiting for me. Great service.
