Dec Cronley from the Witney Fleet & Commercial Office has gone above and beyond for me regarding my commercial vehicle insurance. He has always maintained excellent communication, and fought my corner which is rare in this industry! Day and night experience compared to my previous brokers, I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them again. We recently had both of our cars stolen from our driveway, both insured through Howden Insurance Shrewsbury branch. I cannot begin to say how helpful they have been through this traumatic time! Freya dealt with the majority, helping us navigate through the claims and dealing with the insurance companies on our behalf at times. When settlement offers were made that we were not entirely happy with she negotiated with the insurance companies and achieved very good and fair results for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went the extra mile helping out. Any member of staff we have spoken to has been helpful and friendly. We have used Howden Insurance for many years for car, house and contents insurance. Excellent company.
