Although slightly higher in price than go compare etc I value being able to speak to the same person who remembers my sometimes complicated requirements, is able to have a conversation and actually makes me feel like my business is valued. Market Harborough seem to be able to recruit people like this, special mention to Polly!

Sooooo much better than other brokers and online searching! Rik from the Canterbury office listened carefully, asked lots of supplementary questions and then found a quote that offered more for less than previous policy. It makes such a difference to have someone who is looking out for you- I love that they are on the high street and also they are positively involved int he local community is a bonus. I feel very reassured that if the worst happens not only have I got a good policy but that Howdens will be in my corner. I can’t see myself going back to online!

Last September I took out a motor insurance policy which was half the premium that I had been quoted. So, when my house insurance came round I did the sane thing because I was able to get half the insurance premium quoted by Howdens again. Excellent efficient friendly staff. Many thanks Howdens. Insurance isn’t the most exciting topic but Rob at Howdens goes above and beyond.
He’s helped me more than once and this time, when things have been a bit tough, he truly listened.
I’m sure he didn’t sign up as a counsellor but he cares, finds the best solution is 'the' reason I’m sticking with Howdens.
