Yes online can be great for renewals but to have real people like Bernard and Jack demonstrate the care and attention that makes Howden Insurance a pleasure to deal with and makes such a difference. You get the right advice, a prompt seamless service leaving you with the confidence that you have done the right thing. And they treat you like a human being with a bit of curiosity and humour added in, all good stuff.

Having got my Cover sorted, they said 5-7 days for the Paperwork to arrive. It's been two weeks now, and still nothing.

Took out a new car policy. Call from staff member, told me I needed proof of NCB, I was unaware you could not have two policy's, but your NCB can only be used on your policy Also had call about my private plate. But wavered £10.00 changed.change over fee, when I told them that the person that did the quote, had said private number would be changed over.

A very experienced and professional team at Howden's Farnborough office. In particular, Leo and James were very proactive and responsive, resulting in a very competitve quality motor insurance policy, which was much cheaper than my previous insurer, but with the same level of cover. Highly recommended for all your insurance needs. Excellent level of customer service provided. You can speak with named individuals, rather than having to deal with anonymous call centres and internet-based insurers.
