Been with Howdens for a couple of years now, first as Cherished Vehicles for my classic car and now as Howdens for both the car and my home insurance. Breath of fresh air compared with the comparison website dredges who sell cheap policies and then offer you no support or let you down when it matters. Making changes mid-term to the policy is so easy, and they even waived the fees. As others have said, the customer service on the phone is brilliant. They pick up quickly and everything gets explained and sorted out rapidly.
