insuring my vehicle with Howden over the phone was straight forward as with most insurers, answer a few questions and if the price is with in your budget insurance can commence. how they will respond in the eventis a claim remains to be seen, otherwise excellent customer service

You get to talk to a real English person straight away. None of this 'automated' rubbish. No call centre bloke in Bangalore reading off a crib sheet. Helpful, knowledgeable English people. I was promised a call back at a certain time and it came. If Howden continue that approach, they will get my business always.
