Great to speak to someone in person and get confirmation in writing and not be forced onto an App you can’t use. The lady I spoke to was lovely. Got a branch in my own city so I can go and see someone in person. Shame they no longer open Saturday mornings

Barry listened to my requirements. Coming up with the best quote for me. Hence I dropped my previous company and signed up with Howden for the next year.
I must add.
I am quite a fussy customer who begrudgingly is forced to pay, an ever increasing insurance annually .having been lucky enough in the past never needing a claim. Hence I believe i should pay less each year on renewals (take note for next year)
Barry was a real pleasure to hold a conversation with. Very helpful and fun to talk to. I took over an hour of his time.

I did this over the phone, answered immediately, no holding or pressing this or that number. This was regarding my Car Insurance, spoke to Melissa who was extremely helpful & gave me a very competitive quotation, which i accepted, any problems they will deal with over the phone.
