Excellent service from Jake. I phoned to renew my insurance and he took the time to find about my circumstances and was able to recommend small changes to the policy which give me better cover at a lower price (the original quote was already better than I could get elsewhere). I called in to the Shrewsbury branch yesterday for details/quotes for renewing my car insurance. I was greeted with a lovely smile from Emma. She went through explaining everything step by step in a courteous and professional manner. She was extremely helpful in getting the best deal. There was a lovely feel in the office of the staff being polite and hardworking. It did not take long to go through all the questions and answers. I felt very happy with the service Howden gave me. I would totally recommend them.

I recieved a renewal email for my car insurance allowing me plenty of time to shop around for a good deal, as I happened to be an existing customer of Howden, I decided to walk into the Poole office as I am local. I was greeted by Thomas Houlding-Strachan which has been very professional and friendly , he clearly explained to me by giving me different quotations and helped me with the one that suits me best. Personally I prefer to meet a great when I'm purchasing a car insurance policy, where I am able to chat to a human being and ask any questions that I need to know. My loss of a personal item was on 2 September 2024. I was devastated. I rang Howden Bromsgrove Insurance praying I would be covered on my flat insurance. It was s tricky situation as it was my denture lost in the home !!? Roberta talked to Ageas and after discussions I was covered. Such relief
Cost of new denture £900. I am now half way through the denture procedure. Roberta has kept in touch throughout and making sure the claim was going through ok. She even reminded me of the £100 excess I could claim back as I took out the excess protection. The last 2 months have been a challenge for me but Roberta helped me so much. Thank you

Whilst my initial enquiry was made almost 2 months ago I was advised I didn't need to do anything at the time and that Roberta would contact me nearer the date when I needed to change my buildings insurance to unoccupied building insurance cover. As promised I received a call from Roberta nearer the time. Roberta was extremely helpful, polite and understanding of my circumstances. Several times she promised to call me back with information, and she always came back to me in a very timely manner, or on the day she promised to ring. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
