I arrange both my car and buildings insurance through Howden and have always found efficient,helpful and courteous help from the staff.
On the 11th October I had a surprise phone call from Howden to tell me about a problem with the actual insurance company covering my buildings insurance. The help that Jade Adam has given and reassurance of knowing that every effort had been made to correct the problem was very much appreciated. It is rare these days to find such helpful and trustworthy help.

Have just bought a car insurance with Howden/AXA . Will was brilliant and it was very easy . Had been with Direct line for 15 years and every year had to question my insurance increase.

Really competitive quote and after receiving a similar quote from a very rude member of staff from another leading horsebox insurance company, I decided on Howdens because the level of customer service was second to none , they were super friendly , explained everything to me and nothing was too much trouble and in the end the quote I received was alot lower than other company's with more benefits included . Very happy customer.

Most impressed with the Farnborough (Hants) branch and, in particular, with James Cervi the Insurance Consultant who dealt with me. I recently changed my car and he dealt with cancelling the insurance for the old car and setting up insurance for the new car. James was helpful, professional and personable and took the time to get the best deal for me. Also, good follow-up - very on-the-ball. I'd highly recommend Howden's Farnborough branch.

An insurer and policy can only be judged when making a claim. That withstanding I've found Howden insurance brokers excellent in their dealings, removing the stress, sourcing a good price, answering any queries, and hopefully placing me with a good insurer. I will certainly use their services again whenever I need an insurance quote, especially as they still can be contacted by phone, a luxury that's fast becoming rare!
