My late husband always used to handle all our financial dealings, including insurance policies, as he was so much better at it than myself. However, since he passed away I have had to take on those tasks myself, requiring a fast learning curve. Today I had to renew my house insurance policy and wasn’t looking forward to doing it, but having spoken with Catherine Smith (Tooting branch), that process was made much easier than I expected by her helpful manner and patient explanations. I have alway used Howden and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

'In the noisy confusion of life' ... actually in this case insurance, Luke Morley at Tooting was able to steer me through the confusion to arrive at a really good insurance outcome for my charity's minibus! Friendly, knowledgeable, able to convert confusion into clarity to find me the best deal - even cheaper than last year with AA Breakdown cover included! Result! Thanks Luke.

Howden - Salisbury Branch. Spoke to Sebastian Worley ref my car insurance renewal. Having to make some tweaks, I feel he put a lot of effort into to finding me the best UW for cost and was happy to find ways to offer the best premium they could. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service.

Having heard over last year that Car insurance prices have increased my as much 20%, I wasn't looking forward to my renewal conversation with the Howdens team. But from the moment that Luana answered the call, until 45 minutes later the whole experience was well managed, informative and actually resulted in me being able to get reduction on the renewal. This result was achieved through an open conversation around all aspects of my car ownership including member of the BMW Car Club GB (for which the £65 per annum subscription was money well spent!!). I have been a client with Howden (APlan) for over 15 years and my experience across all aspects has always been positive. I would certainly recommend the team to anyone looking for a quality and personalised service. Paul
