I received a call back following a search engine enquiry, I received a call from Adam and he asked me multiple questions as brokers do and I was sceptical as I had already received a quote from my current vehicle insurer who are well known insurers for the USA vehicle market. The quote Adam gave me was a £2K saving and the only requirement was a tracker because of value. I went with Howden and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to deal with them, I have not experienced any long delay on phone calls and Adam answers mail quickly. Will be adding my other vehicles as and when they are due for renewal.

Unusual circumstances we’re making it difficult to sort out car insurance online but one phone call to Howdens and a very reasonably priced quotation was found. One more phone call and the policy was purchased. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

I would like to put on record my thanks for the wonderful and outstanding service shown to me by the staff at Howdens Insurance, Bath branch and especially Craig Pope the Branch Manager. I experienced very poor service and attitude by the Insurance company who provided my Household Insurance but, thankfully, Craig has managed to get the resolution that I wanted and one that was fair to all parties.
