Good service through the quotation and payment period, but I had to chase up to get confirmed policy details which I had expected to be emailed to me following payment.
Everything had been put into a document store on the portal, but I had no access to this as I had not been told my policy number. I had no response to an email chase up, eventually I had to ring them to get this set up so I could access my documents.
