I would highly recommend your company for the following reason this is the second time I renewed my insurance with your company and I’ll tell you why like most consumers one goes onto the Internet and searches for prices. Yes they’re important but what they miss is the human touch I have to say your branch I dealt with was very efficient polite Although slightly above the market price but the compensation to that is that you’re dealing with an individual who speaks to you and understands your needs well done. I look forward to renewing with you again at the end of the year with a very good competitive price.

I was renewing my house and contents insurance and was quoted an absurd price by my current provider. I returned to Howdens for a quote. They cover my car at a reasonable price, so I thought I would return to them after a year. I was not disappointed. My original quote was halved. I will stay with Howdens now.

Everything was explained to me particularly as my insurance has virtually doubled and Michael Brown was extremely helpful. Although I am not happy with the huge increase in premiums, apparently due to my age, he offered one which eased the burden slightly.
