Motor Direct Vicky Campbell has been the most professional customer service person I have ever recieved help from and has displayed on behalf of Motor Direct Howdens exactly what an insurance broker should be. Someone who has not only helped get a Driver back on the road after a nasty puncture but also cleared up a misunderstanding with the insurance provider. Vicky went above and beyond and was back and forth between myself and the insurance company and achieved a more than satisfactory outcome, which involved the customer service team at AXA passing on feedback to the training department to help ensure this never happens again. Both organisations respective customer relations departments have been amazing to deal with.
But a special thank you to Vicky for your uber professional superheroes service and persistence in resolving my situation. If there is awards for customer service in the car insurance world, not only should Vicky be nominated she should also win. Epitome of best practice.
