Wanted car insurance without trawling the internet and numerous phone calls. Mainly needed to talk to someone face to face. It was convenient that Howden's had an office I could attend.
The process was easily explained by someone who knew what they were talking about. Satisfied with the outcome having all the different quotes explained.
All relevant paperwork supplied, knowing that if any problems arise then they will take the lead in dealing.

We had received a letter advertising the firm. we decided to see what it could offer as our motor insurance was due for renewal. The office was in convenient travelling distance. We were given all relevant information and a quotation was able to be presented and explained. We accepted what was offered. One factor was that we would be able to go in to the office should we have any queries during the course of the insurance period.
