Dealt with an extremely knowledgable agent (Norwich Branch) - not yet 21 and certainly knew his stuff. Kept the conversation professional, no hard sell but realistic in what was available. Company deals with well known reputable companies and not ones you've never heard of. Realised I preferred paper copies rather than online so kindly printed off all relevant documents for me. Will definitely use Howden insurance again.
