Highly recommended by fellow van owners
I asked for recommendations for van insurance and received over 30 individual recommendations. 80% of these were for Howden based on their customer service, approachability, integrity and the ability to discuss your requirements with an actual person. I found all these things to be true and even though Howden did not offer me the lowest insurance quote from the companies I tried, (although they did find a way to reduce the quote to make it more attractive), I chose to insure my van with them because of the qualities mentioned above. Very happy with my decision.

I rang up to renew my car insurance .I was greeted on the phone by Cecile Virely from the Sutton Coldfield Office. She was very friendly and polite. She went through the new policy thoroughly, making sure I understood the changes to the new policy. An excellent service was provided. I have used Howdens, formerly A-Plan for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
