I went into the Market Harborough branch as I hadn’t had car insurance for a while and had lost my no claims bonus. I’d had a few quotes and was unsure who to go with and what I needed. The team were very helpful, I dealt with Miles initially and then Somali. It was a quick and easy process and saved me trawling through lots of quotes comparing.

It's great to have a local insurance broker that can be quickly contacted by phone, or by visiting the office. During the quotation process, Jesse was extremely patient and helpful, going through everything by phone. I always thought a broker would be more expensive than going direct to an insurance company, but they were the cheapest quote received. All very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend!

I greatly appreciated the reassurance you provided from the first moment I contacted you (by phone - and what joy to speak to a real human being!) that you would not only research all the possibilities to find the best option for my particular requirements but you would also be on hand to support me should the need ever arise to make a claim. My previous car insurer had just gone digital and I was fed up having to engage with a Bot who turned out not to be able to make any decisions about my policy renewal. I had also spent some frustrating hours on online comparison sites, where I wasn't always confident that they were comparing like with like.
