Today was the dreaded day for my home insurance renewal. But there was no need to worry, I phoned Howden Insurance branch at Poole (formaly A Plan), and spoke with Thomas Houlden who took me through the procedure with ease, he was freindly and explained everything throughout the renewal of the policy, finding the best deal for me. I have dealt with A Plan for many years before they changed to Howden Insurance and Thomas has looked after my home and car insurance for many years, in a pleasant, freindly and humerous manner.
I have in the past had no hesitation in recommending Howden (A Plan) to freinds and family and will continue to do so.
