We initially got in touch with Howden after we realised that they had taken over Aston Lark who we wished to return to after issues with our previous broker for our specialist bus. We spoke to Jon Smith who was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have since moved over all of our insurances to Howden and I've even moved my home insurance over to them too. Jon is an incredible asset to the team and I really enjoy working with him, I hope that this is the start of a long future between us and Howden.

Quick, simple and friendly. Honestly the level of customer service I had received was incredible. Tom Larkins was very helpful and sincere and really caring when you asked each and every little detail about the vehicle and different options. Everytime I was unsure about something, he would really consider and exhaust all possibilities to help you out. I did have another call with Adrian Flux and the woman I spoke to did not care at all, and she will probably quit her job soon which is unfortunate for her and a sad reality when people hate their jobs that much. She was grey and answered questions with singular words and just didn't care at all about herself, lacked experience and just gave an awful insight into what they offer.
Back to CVIS, Tom showed so much support and took his time to understand my situation and also showed so much enthusiasm.
I highly recommend CVIS as I know they are doing their job from the bottom of their hearts and will help you get the best coverage possible for any vehicle.

I found by google search and spoke with Saira Khan. She couldn’t do more for me. Super polite and professional. The price was higher but the the fact I could talk to a person and go through questions it’s way worth it. Also they promise to deal with the insurance company in case of a claim. Best personal experience I’ve had in UK in years. Absolute star! Thank you Saira Khan. If the owner is reading this please give her a pat on her shoulder for job well done.
