Sam Sheppard dealt with the renewal of two building insurances on my properties. He was very patient with me and dealt with the transactions with efficiency and care. He rang me back with the amount to pay after spending time with the relevant companies. He was most polite and courteous. I was on the phone but I usually come into the office. I am impressed with Sam and thank him for his help yesterday. I hope the office stays open. Thank you also for the Christmas balls and books.
