This is the first time I have used Howden ,I felt at the time that I was being treated ok.But when it came to posting my documents to me I was told after waiting 4or5 days they have been posted on the 26 th and would take two weeks , which I felt cannot be right from Lichfield to Burntwood,so I called in to Howden and I was given them from the back office ,so they had never been posted if they were I would still be waiting for them now , and have not come through my door yet .please get organised and don’t mislead your customers .
