The phone calls to arrange renewal were not easy to listen to and understand and twice we asked for hard copies to be sent to us to check before agreeing to the new documents but we never received them and had to repeat the phone calls. On the plus side the renewal suggestion was to our benefit. On future occasions we will be visiting the offices to overcome the need for phone calls.

Wow Wow Wow!! is what i have to say about the insurance broker consultant Maria. i have dealt with this insurance brokers for many years and we have 6 vehicles with them. We have always found the consultants to be above excellent. Today having just purchased a new RR i had to arrange a change on the insurance cover. Maria was a great asset and helped me through every aspect to make this an easy transition. Great work Maria you are a credit to your company. I would highly recommend this broker.

I was looking for an alternative price for my Range Rover Insurance and contacted Howdens who also provide our home insurance. I spoke to Ryan who was very friendly and managed to find me a cheaper price. Ryan took me through the process of setting up the policy in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend.

I already have a policy with them yet I still need to send them my details and driving licenses with links to the dvla summary. Also it took me a day to get a decent quote from them. Why go to all that hassle ! Just give people the best quote first.

I received good customised advice as I was just about to move address and needed insurance to change within a week. The price was comparable to the websites comparison and also at the same price as the sweet spot of 22-24 days before my renewal date. The member of staff, Jade Maxted, was exceptional.
