Having received my increased renewal quotation, from my current provider, I was somewhat shocked and dismayed.
The cost had Increased by almost 30%, for no fault of mine.
I went on the internet and the companies that could beat the quote, were unknown and perhaps concerning.
Knowing that Howden was in town, I went in and went through all of my details.
I obtained a price that was better; if not by the whole 30%, but enough to make me sign up.
Plus I was keeping the payment in the town, hopefully keeping Howden in the town, and available for the future.

Jessica was the person that dealt with me, she was efficient and empathetic. I had to explain my husband had recently died. She efficiently sourced new car insurance for me. I had never had no claims of my own, as I had been the second driver, but she managed to allow me to take over his no claims. She even managed to source me insurance which was cheaper than the previous year! She was A star!

The Local Northwich branch was superb in quickly finding a better price and cover than I had with a previous online supplier. I couldn't believe a high street shop could beat the online prices and I even got a personal service which was very reassuring that i had the right cover
