The staff and Howdens have always been super helpful and found the best quotes for car insurance, even a couple of times other brokers have told me ‘it’s impossible’ so I’ve stuck with them for years.

As always how wonderful to speak to a human being without buttons! Only one suggestion perhaps after so many years if being with you, you offer free home and car insurance for a year? Just a thought!?

No soulless AI recorded messages and frustrating menu choices, phone calls are quickly answered by listening, competent people with excellent communication skills that can provide answers efficiently. Very reassuring to deal with humans not machines.

I was very impressed with this company, particularly the young lady Megan Sparey I dealt with.
I chose Howden Insurance after receiving a general letter from them in the post introducing there company . I liked the fact that they were local to me.
Megan provided a very thorough, professional, friendly service. Their Quote was reasonably competitive and better than my renewal quote and because of the excellent service Megan provided me I change my vehicle insurance to them. I would certainly consider getting quotes for my other insurances from them when they come up for renewal.
