Whilst I appreciate that insurers require as much information as possible , the process of updating my motor insurance was exceptionally long-winded. Your operative on the telephone was however very courteous and patient with me. I was also rather surprised by the fact that the cost of my insurance has almost doubled, seemingly because I have a newer vehicle.

I did not like the fact that you had added automatic renewal and kept my credit card number on file. I also didn't like the fact that you needed me to download your App on to my phone so I could get my docs.
