My wife and I spoke to Archie from Howden Insurance, Welwyn, this morning regarding a slightly problematic home insurance policy that we required. The speed of a policy being offered, the explanations as to cover and its limitations, along with the other associated services that Howden offered, was first class. It was refreshing to speak to Alex who understood exactly what I needed and understood the product he was selling. As a broker he gave me the van cover I needed and was able to tailor it to my personal needs. This you often won’t get from other insurance providers.

I have used Howden over a number of years for residential home and contents insurance. I have not had a better service from any other company. You can get through to them quickly, they are always friendly, happy to help and explain simply when you have queries, to guide you through it all. Incredibly helpful. I would recommend.

Howden Insurance gave me a very good price for my car insurance and a person actually answered the phone instead of a machine telling me to press 1 for this and 2 for that. That was a big plus for me. I dealt with Scott and he was great to talk to. He was very respectful, but also friendly. He also called me back when he said he was going to. Overall I was very impressed with Howden Insurance.
