Great customer service. I dealt with Ed in Shrewsbury office. He swiftly found out my needs and went away to find the best quotes possible. He kept me updated on the process and informed me of what he was doing and why. Would highly recommend to make sure you are adequately covered at a good price.

Initially, quote wasn't as competitive as other quotes, but negotiated the price and cover to what I wanted. Agent very polite and not at all pushy; also very helpful and willing to customise what they offered. Only issue is problems logging onto their website to access digital documents.

I wanted a better price for home insurance , but that did not come to plan. I already have my car insurance with yourselves and have had for a number of years .
I was hoping to get a better deal in light of the situation
However that clearly was not given a priority in my case
Little bit upset a a ongoing customer .I may want to look elsewhere next year as I want a service but DO not want to pay over the odds for both !

We have been using Howden Insurance for our car insurance for a number of years now. Their service has been consistently excellent. The fact that you can call in our speak to representative over the phone makes all the difference. We did divert to an on-line option with another insurer because we use online service frequently. But on this occasion we found that option not at all user friendly and ambiguous, particularly with start finish times of cover. There was no option to speak to anyone and no way to clarify the information on the line. We went back to Howden Insurance. So, thank you Howden Insurance for the consistently excellent service.

Due to an admin error, my Breakdown Cover wasn't valid when I needed to be towed home.
Staff at the Worthing branch reacted respectfully, instantly recognising the problem, sincerely apologising and fixing everything with a few phone calls.
I even received a follow up phone call a few hours later, to make sure that it had been rectified and my policy renewed at no extra cost to me.

Great service, as usual. Sorted the house insurance renewal with ease and really pleased with my car insurance which was far more competitively priced than my previous provider. No waiting on the phone, call backs came promptly, as did all follow-on documentation, etc. by email. Very happy.
