Renewal was easy and straightforward. I felt no need to look for alternative cover as the quote showed no unreasonable increase on the previous year. A slight mishap occurred when my paperwork went astray. This was easily put right.

My experience of A plan has been reasonably good. They have shown a little flexibility when negotiating renewal. HOWEVER,particularly in respect of motor insurance I have consistently been left thinking I am paying too higher premium that does not reflect my low risk.ie many yrs max NCB, older driver, no penalyies on driving licence, low risk area, low mileage, 6000 per annum. same car 8yrs,. A plan appararently have access ,as a broker, to many Ins companies but I have concerns whether they have access to Ins co's offering more competive terms who dont use brokers.
