I can’t thank Howden enough for the way they have recently dealt with my dads change in driving circumstances. A big thank you to Neil who’s advice politeness courtesy and speed at which our request was dealt with, was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Howden. This is a review for Liz Holt in the Tooting office. Liz was super amazing and very helpful. She went the extra mile to ensure we had the best insurance. Never did she feel annoyed or upset about the questions we asked her or when we changed over details at times. She was always smiling and happy to look thru various companies and get us an insurance that we would be happy to have. Liz was guiding us all through and is an asset to any company. We are so thankful Liz for your constant support and guidance and for being so different from other insurance agents who just dont want to help ahead and just get you done off with minimal help... thank you Liz !

Laurie has been really helpful and supportive with a non fault claim. Super responsive by phone / email and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. She also helped get a great price on my annual renewal and whilst im mindful that i could probably save a small amount on a comparison site its worth the extra money to know theres someone local and responsive ( no waiting 40mins in a queue to speak to someone in a different timezone!) to support in a crisis. Highly recommend!
