Spoke to Charlie who went through the whole policy with me and gave good advice when required. Very patient and fair and nothing was too much trouble. We were very reassured that should anything happen we would be taken care of according to the terms of the policy.

Excellent service as always from Howdens. Rejigged the nature of the car renewal and managed to get a fe hundred off the initial quote. Ash provided excellent information as we discussed the various options available. Really pleased with this broker and the way that they handle requests. So nice to speak and discuss with a knowledgable person about the individual elements of a policy rather than a faceless chatbot quoting from a set of pre-determined criteria.
