Had a great experience arranging insurance for my campervan through Howdens. The whole process was thorough but straightforward. I got to speak to a person, the same person each time, and a proper conversation. He asked me for all the details for our insurance so that I know I have the right cover. I realised that with my previous company, where the questions were very general or it was 'self-service' that I didn't have the right cover. When I ring, I can ask for the same person each time and I don't have to wait for up to 40 mins, or engage with a chat bot!

First class service and super helpful by Danny Gilman at Howdens insurance brokers.
Danny stayed late to report and log a non-fault claim, organised the claims management, and if that wasn't enough, he insured my new car, and gave options on how I could insure the existing car on a short term basis whilst being repaired.
On top of all of that super-efficiency by Danny, he was a lovely young man!
