Our claim was managed by Sharon Manning who is the Branch Claims Manager Banbury. She was extremely helpful and super efficient. She took the trouble to explain all the different steps of the claim and liaised on our behalf with the actual insurers. I would recommend Howdens to anyone based on the service we received

Wel l, we changed our car insurance to you last year and decided then that we would do the same with the house insurance. You. Are local and we can come in and talk to you if necessary. However, you did say be honest, I was disappointed with the price as we did not include contents and the price was only slightly less than last year when we included contents. Also, you might like to moderate your demands on people in their 90s. We are not tech savvy. Nor can we remember passwords, codes etc. our memory banks are already overloaded!
