I now have three cars insured through Howdens and have always found the team friendly, professional, and easy to deal with.
A special mention goes to Adam, who is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure everything is arranged correctly. His customer service is excellent and makes the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
One of the things I value most is being able to speak to a real person who understands my requirements and can provide tailored advice rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. They also seem to have access to a wide range of specialist insurers, which is particularly useful for performance and more specialised vehicles.

I was struggling to find cover for my new to me van. Comparison sites were all returning policies for crazy money that did not include everything I wanted.
I phoned Howden, got through to Alex and spent 30 minutes going through everything I needed. An hour or so later, Alex got back to me with a policy not only far cheaper than I’d been quoted but one that included everything I wanted.

Absolutely FANTASTIC staff at this company, they go above & beyond & nothing is ever to much trouble. No long phone queues and always answer politely & can deal swiftly with any issues!
