Unfortunately, I wasn’t offered the best price on my first inquiry. I said what my quote would be with my previous company and yes they beat that. However with my own research, I found far more competitive prices. It’s only when I went back with these prices that Howdens offered me a more acceptable quotation. Having three policies with them already I was extremely disappointed and felt I was being taken advantage of as an existing customer

Really easy to do business with. We bought a desirable car and insured through Howdens. It was unfortunately stolen and they were really helpful. Do useful having a broker in that situation. We have re-insured with them again based on that experience

Max Drysdale, was excellent no pushy sales, explained every detail of the policy advising what would be best suited for my requirements, very competitive pricing In fact better than any competition. To be honest the main reason I went with Howdens was due to my calls with Max, no pressure just an easy process with a chap that knows how to communicate well 10 out of 10 buddy.

I spoke to a guy called Brad with regards to my house and contents insurance … I run a business from my home and he was so so helpful to me.. he relentlessly kept on trying to find me a more competitive quote which was not an easy challenge for him. Not many insurers like to insure you if you run a business from home even though you also have your own separate business insurance.. we were so relieved to have his knowledge and help.. he managed to sort out what we required within the afternoon and we are so very grateful to him.. Howdens are extremley lucky to have such a polite respectful motivated and hard working employee.. others would have just hung up on us which did actually happen with other insurance companies.. thanks Brad you are a star !!
