Having walked into Howdens for advice with the intention of renewing my car insurance, I was very impresse by the service I received. I was welcomed and directed to a lady who was exremely helpful,polite and courteous and listened . I was very satisfied and have since recommended them to a family member.It is good to have local insureres too should I ever need assistance.

We use Howden’s regularly to renew our home insurance. Andy and his team (Swindon branch) are always helpful, efficient and go out of their way to answer queries and questions speedily. They’ve been particularly helpful when moving house and were even able to offer other services which sped up our house move. We would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Howden Insurance has been absolutely amazing, from customer service, to claims, I can't give them enough praise. If you are looking for auto insurance, Howden is a one-stop shop for all your Insurance needs. Maria Ormesher at the Welwyn garden city branch ,was again professional,friendly and very knowledgeable whilst renewing our insurance. I have dealt with Maria for a few years and cannot fault her expertise. Maria also offered to call me when my insurance policies on other vehicles are due so I can get a quote from Howdens . As I have various insurance companies for my other vehicles ,it would make sense if I could condense them to 1 insurance broker and Maria at Howdens would be my choice broker

Whilst moving house an issue arose regarding transfer of house and contents insurance. Joshua Noe from Howden Insurance dealt with my call and was the epitomy of professionalism. He was pleasant and friendly, quickly assessed the situation and advised as to the best solution. He is clearly 'on top of his game' knowledgeable and efficient......first class service!!!!!
