All was quite professional the quote etc until it came to getting the policy to the customer .I've received a certificate of insurance but nothing else. No hard copy of the complete policy. The certificate was emailed to me because I had to phone for it.

Being with a-plan is good because if you have any problems you can just pick up the phone and speak to them straight away and they are really helpful and polite. And gives a good service all the time and they will find you a good price for your insurance. I recently had a couple of car accidents and they was great. So yeah really happy
