Richard at Howden insurance did a great job at securing a home insurance policy for our rental properties. Not easy to get a multi property home insurance policy these days. When Storm Darragh damaged the roof of our house and a dormer window in our outbuildings, this was only the second claim for this type of damage in 49 years. Charmaine Nowell was very helpful and professional in the way she handled our claim right from the day I submitted it to organising a loss adjuster to view the damage, to the insurance company settling our full claim in a matter of days. Without any prompting from me Charmaine also arranged for our protected excess to be also settled in a matter of days. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service Howdens provided to us. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've used two entities in the Howden Group (Highworth and Parkside) to insure our flats. Both have found us good insurance at a reasonable price. What sets Howden apart is the quality of the staff: everytime we've dealt with them they have been friendly, empathetic and professional and proactively worked with great speed to find what we needed.
