I needed to put in place some last minute additional insurance for my upcoming refurbishment, and to insure my mother’s car, who recently died. Both were instructed pretty much at the last minute and Dominique Edwards Brown could not have been more helpful, efficient or supportive in getting everything sorted as quickly as possible. I googled locally for an Insurance Broker and found Howden in Galashiels. I spoke on the phone and although he said they mostly dealt with commercial business he said he would try to help me and some one would come back to me. I later received a call from the Cheltenham office and the man I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful.

My call handler, Tanya Nigro was an absolute dream to deal with. Really helpful, informative, friendly and absolutely NO hard selling. I came off the phone very happy and comfortable and belive it or not, having had a bit of fun banter whilst parting with yet more money in a money tight climate. She went the extra mile to find me the absolute best deal, and I was really impressed with how much she saved me. I've been with this company for 9 years now, and they NEVER let me down and are always so friendly. Highly recommend, can't sat enough good about them!!!!
