Harry was clear, helpfull, listened well to my needs and concerns. He followed up and supported me in getting my policy in place in time. It was a pleasure to work with him, and also one of his colleagues who helped me when Harry was at lunch, whose name I have sadly forgotten. both gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Also! the cost of my insurance came down a wee amount from the previous year with a completely online only company who were so difficult to work with as I am not tech savvy! So working with live helpful people was such a relief.
