I have dealt with Howden (previously APlan) for over 15 years and they are always efficient and competitive. I dont go anywhere else for any insurance. For todays new policy Frankie was clear, he called back when he said he would and explained everything I needed to know.

Our claim was in respect of damage to the ceiling, floor rug and the bed itself including covers mattress and main bed frame.
