Policy outcome very good, only comment I would make is that at every call you speak to a different advisor and repeat the process. Also after completing transaction, was asked for details of previous policy which I had by then thrown away. Why was this not requested at initial info gathering ?

The lady I spoke to was courteous and very helpful. She asked questions which I hadn’t even thought of to get the most appropriate cover for my vehicle.
I needed the actual purchase value of the vehicle not the market value quoted by other insurers as it had lots of upgrades that’s not covered in their market value quote. This is my first time with Howden and hopefully I don’t have to make a claim because that’s the time you discover how good they really are. I believe I’ve paid a fair price for the cover I needed as other companies were a lot more expensive.
