Effective renewal of a not straighforward household policy. The company seems rather overconcerned with their "compliance" matters than with their customers' need to get on with their day, though.

I cannot fault them on price and/or customer service. I have now moved my multi-car policy House insurance to Howden’s.
Obviously yet to have a claim and it’s only at that point if we will see if the service is as good as the price!
Albeit they aren’t the ultimate Insurer but they will be involved in any claims that occur in the policy periods.
