Excellent customer service, Alice Henwood went over and above to help when my father went into a care home and we didn’t have Power of Attorney to sort his insurance policies. She was incredibly understanding, swiftly took action and sought advice or approval when necessary and was so kind. I can’t fault Howdens - if only every Customer Service was this good! Face to face is the way forwards and Howden don’t use AI or online forms necessarily…you can go to one of their many branches and speak with real People. A great thing when you have Autism or other mental health issue. The Insurance jargon can be complicated unless a face to face appointment can be available.
So, I went to Howden twice, the second time, I decided to throw all the insurances together for a better deal, Car and home arranged by Amy Horn and Miguel Alturas who couldn’t be more helpful in finding decent prices and explaining the technical stuff! Well done!!
