Friendly and knowledgeable as well as keen to help-which they did. I would suggest that it would help the staff, and customers, if the Yeovil shop was given help with their very poor Internet connection, as the last two times I have needed help, documentation took a VERY long time, delaying me and several other customers,

Its so refreshing to speak with a person with a name that also picks up the phone without going through a call vetting machine. "Press one for this and two for that" and then placed on hold for a week. I hate it and with all that "Go Compare" shite I was surprised that going through Howden was actually comparable in price.
