I cannot thank Laura and James enough. Their expertise and knowledge of the insurance business is nothing but amazing and the help and advice I received recently was brilliant. Very competitive prices too. Whenever you ring up calls are answered quickly and efficiently. If the person you want to speak to is with a client or on the phone they will call you back, and they always do. All the staff I have spoken to were polite, courteous, and very understanding especially when dealing with someone of the older generation! Stephanie (Robinson) supported us through a detailed and at times complex business insurance process, covering multiple areas of cover and a number of specific questions from our board. From start to finish, she was patient, professional, kind and extremely efficient.

We went back many times with additional questions, revised requirements, requests for clarification and changes to the quotes. Stephanie handled every stage calmly and constructively, always coming back quickly with clear answers and updated information.
She made what could have been a very difficult process feel much more manageable. She took the time to explain the different options properly, helped us understand the implications of each policy, and ensured we had the documentation we needed to make an informed decision.
