I've tried to use my local Howden's for years but they never quite matched the online prices, this year was different, competitive, quick response, nice lad at my local branch and I have at last insured with Howden, so maybe tenacity pays off.

Brilliant, so helpful. It’s good to be able to call howdens insurance and actually get through and speak to someone. instead of the press 1 press 5 for this etc like other companies. Our family have used howden insurance for years even when it was called Aplan previously and never had problems all the advisories are so helpful. And the advisor i had sort out my insurance this time was very helpful and got me a great price.

First time we have used Howdens insurance company.we transfered to them when our other insurer amalgamated with them.The reason we decided to go with them is because there is a physical office where we can talk to real people and talk decisions through.
