Having trolled through many internet car insurance companies it was a pleasant relief to sit in front of someone and discuss my insurance requirements. The Howden rep was patient, friendly and not condescending. I felt relaxed as he explained everything and walked out with a deal I felt more than comparable with some of the quotes on the internet.

I needed to get car insurance which was not straight forward as i had not lived in the UK for a few years, so did not have any no claims and just swapped my licenceback to a UK one. Howden insurance was great. They needed to clarify some insurance points with their insurers. Came back with all the points cleared and offered a great insurance.
