I was looking for a good insurance company for Contents insurance and after a few attempts of trying to complete unclear and user unfriendly forms online or calling providers that were unhelpful and rude I found Howden's shop on our highstreet in Eastbourne. My consultant Jordan S. was so kind and polite. He answered all my questions and explained every detail of the policy. I am so glad that this insurance provider still has offices and mature consultants with plenty of knowledge and experience. Yes, true on comparison sites you may be able to save a couple of pounds, but if you are an insurance novice like me, save yourself hours of frustration and speak to a real person that will be able to help.

As I get older increasingly I am uncomfortable and have difficulty with online and phone contacts for important things like insurance. So to visit a broker, be welcomed and discuss face to face in a friendly and efficient manner is well worth getting out of my chair a bussing into the city centre. Great insurance for a modified van. Found these through VW forum, and definitely well recommend. Easy to change over insurance and staff very polite, and no hassle or repeated calls or emails, as some other companies do! I had a month to change over in-between. Really happy with the price of my insurance and would definitely recommend in a heartbeat 😎
