I had a minor accident which was the other drivers fault. she did not stop and I chase after her. I caught up with her and she reluctantly gave me her insurance details which I passed to Howdens.
She subsequently said it was not her fault and I was faced with having to pay for the damage myself as it was not much more than my excess.
However, Howden's staff kept behind every step of the claim process and even eventually got the third party's Insurance Company to pay me.
Very surprised with all the perfect updates at every step of the process. Thank you!

I spent 2 days and 2 weeks getting insurance quotes myself and then I spoke to Howdens and Shuber Muhith in the Tooting office and he made the whole process so much easier, tailored the policy to meet my business and vehicles and saved me hundreds of pounds and found me much better policies too. He is absolutely amazing, so patient, great with detail and the best insurance broker I have spoken to in 28 years of business.
