I called Howden yesterday with a view to transfer my motor insurance policy to a new car I bought. Miss Taiya responded to my call and clearly explained to me the procedures. She is sincere and responsive to handle my case and the quotation given by Howden is very reasonable. Unlike some other insurance companies which always gave me a higher costs some years ago. I have been using Howden for about 7 years and I found it is a very good company. Miss Taiya is courteous, patient and a very helpful staff.

Well, I have spent most of my afternnon trying to buy Car Insurance online. Looong story but I'm 68 years old and not very Techy lol. Anyway I came across Howdens on a Google search,rang them and spoke to Kai. Sometimes these insurance people speek so fast that they could be listed in the Guiness Book of Records, phew. Anyway, not so with Kai, unhurried, no pressure, calm to listen to and speak to, just like talking to a good friend. He even took time to explain things to me, no stress. My whole afternoon had been one big stress. So, got a competitive price from Kai. I have to say, it has been many years since I've heard or received such polite, calm, friendly service, it does not get better than this, Anywere. Can't believe my good fortune in stumbling across this company. I will definately give Kai a call if I need more insurance.
