I've been with this broker for our campervan insurance since it's purchase. We had to make a major change this year and the previous insurer wouldn't cover the change. With little faff, Howden searched for a different provider and with adjustments to other parts of the policy, found one that would suit. No argument, no "computer says no", just good customer service. Price for the new cover was comparable and it's good to stay with the same broker to keep the relationship going.

I can phone Howdens which is in my home town instead having to travel there, and my enquiries ' whether it's for a new or existing insurance,and the premiums are affordable too, this is all dealt with extreme professionalism, I really don't have anything negative to say, which is probably why I have stayed with Howdens which used to be called A- Plan for so long.

I had a good experience with the agents on the phone. They were pleasant and very accommodating. Had a slight hiccup with my date of birth which, when pointed out, resulted in my being due a small refund. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

Have used this company since purchasing our vehicle and they have always been helpful, efficient and competitive. The renewal quote is always sent early enough which gives us time to seek alternative quotes but so far they have provided the cover to suit our needs. Whenever we have needed to contact them the staff have been very efficient and promptly sorted any problems and the price of cover is very competitive
