Renewing house insurance was easy, I also have car insurance with you, a month or so after I renewed car insurance I changed my car and my insurer would not swap to new car, I rang ang it took 3 1/2 hrs for it to be sorted ( new car ex MOD car, hence the problem) but your employees delt with it professionally and courteously and sorted my insurance with another company and got me a refund from my old company
