Positive attitude and helpful contact. Product seems to improve the cover we had, albeit more expensive than our previous insurers. Most disappointed that premium has nearly doubled. Get the feeling that the insurance premiums have been calculated on claim value rather than risk? Very clever marketing, offering a payment to bowls clubs for each policy members took out.
