They took the time to give me advice on the cover and miles I should take into consideration. Gave me a great deal and both of my cars ( one of which is a classic Japanese import highly modified). My partner is going to be switch to them too. I would recommend anyone looking at renewing to look these up.

Rang re buildings and contents renewal, call was answered quickly, nice to speak to a UK based office. Maria Ormesher answered the call. She quickly found my account and recognised what I needed. As with most insurance quotes nowadays there was an increase from last year but Maria talked me through a range of options so I could get best quote and repayment options for me.
Everything was dealt with clearly and quickly and all the follow up paperwork was quickly sent. I was very impressed with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially Maria who was extremely easy to talk to.

Having accepted that i would like a quotation, having contacted Howdens last year, i was immediately passed onto an insurance consultant at a Howden regional office. The consultant did not take long to go through the basic necessities to get a quote for me, and rang me back in a couple of hours to present a very good discount to that given by my current insurer of several years. A pleasant experience with the added assurance that they or my local office can be consulted at any time instead or before my actual insurance underwriter.
